AI drafts the document, you edit and export it. Open the app, go to AI Automations, pick one, fill in a few fields, and a draft appears in seconds.
Improve an existing document with AI: Besides drafting from scratch, you can upload a document you already have and let AI improve it. On the AI Automations page, use the "Improve an existing document" card: pick a file (Word, text, or a text-based PDF), and AI returns a cleaner version plus a prioritized summary of what changed, with your original kept. It opens in the Document Library's Improve with AI tool with the document type preset.
Each automation is a short form. Fill in what you have, click Generate draft, and the result opens in the document window where you can edit it and export to Word, text, print, or email, with your letterhead and signature.
The AI uses only the facts you provide. It will not invent numbers, names, or history; where something is unknown it leaves a [bracket] for you to fill in. It does not give legal, financial, or HR advice.
An honest, concise Executive Director report to the board from your highlights, finances, fundraising, risks, and what is next.
When your organization has entered program results in the Impact & Outcomes app, it now pulls your real measured program impact (cost per outcome and results) so the report's programs section cites actual numbers instead of vague statements, with a graceful fallback when no impact data exists yet.
A first-person year-in-review for your board self-evaluation, built from your accomplishments, challenges, and goals.
Turns your strategic priorities into 3 to 5 draft annual goals with suggested measures to confirm.
These goals now compile straight into the Strategic Plan Builder. When you generate a strategic plan (with the goals box left checked), the app assembles one board-ready plan that includes the AI-drafted annual goals, your Impact and Outcomes measures, your budget (pulled automatically from the Finances app), and your top strategic risks (pulled automatically from the Risk Management app). Leave the budget and risk fields blank to auto-pull, or type your own to override. From the finished plan you can polish the whole document with Improve with AI, and send it to your board for e-signature adoption with Send for board adoption, which files the signed copy in your Document Library.
A 30, 60, and 90 day plan for a new Executive Director, tailored to your situation and top priority.
Talking points for a high-stakes conversation: your goal, how to open, what to say, the likely reaction, and how to close.
A clear job description for a nonprofit Executive Director, tailored to your organization size and focus.
A warm welcome and announcement for a newly hired Executive Director, from the board to staff and community.
Appears in the Employee Reviews view once an employee submits their self-review. It drafts manager-worksheet content (what went well, areas to grow, goals for the next period, and a summary starting point) from the employee's own words plus any notes you have entered. The draft opens in a review modal where you edit each section, tick which sections to apply, and choose append, fill empty only, or replace. Nothing is written to the worksheet until you click Apply.
Turns the completed manager worksheet (plus the self-review for employees, or the scored contract requirements for contractors) into the formal written review document. The summary is saved to the review record and opened in the document window, where you edit it and export to Word on your letterhead.
For contractor evaluations. Upload or paste the contract (.docx, .pdf, or .txt up to 15MB) and AI proposes a checklist of the requirements it finds in the contract. You approve each proposed item with a checkbox before it joins the scored requirements checklist; nothing is added without your approval.
All three are grounded in what you entered: they restate and organize your facts and the employee's own words, never invent accomplishments or history, and everything is editable before use. A related fourth helper lives on the employee's member portal: an AI writing coach that turns their rough notes into first-person self-review drafts.
The form fields you fill in are sent to the All In One Nonprofit AI service to produce your draft and are not stored as part of your worksheets. Drafts are returned to you in the app. As always, review and edit anything before you send or file it.
